Postal Service should stop abetting tax evasion : Opinion : The Buffalo News: "Efforts have been made to slow down Internet tobacco business. Several years ago, New York banned the mail delivery of tobacco products, but the U. S. Postal Service, which is not subject to state law, refused to comply. The reason is money. The Postal Service stands to lose millions of dollars if the mail-order tobacco business is halted."
