Vermont postmaster gets probation in mail case

Former Vt. postmaster gets probation in mail case: "Frank J. Strzelec, former officer in charge of the Center Rutland Post Office, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of obstructing the passage of mail. Federal prosecutors say that in late 2009, Strzelec submitted three change-of-address forms and some magazine subscription orders on behalf of a woman without her knowledge or consent."
