U.S. Postal Service to test prestamped greeting cards, but it won't be free

U.S. Postal Service to test prestamped greeting cards, but it won't be free | abc7chicago.com: "November 12, 2010 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- Sticking stamps on all those holiday or birthday cards could become a thing of the past.
The U.S. Postal Service is looking to test prestamped postage on greeting card envelopes. It hopes this could help win back some of the business it has been losing to the internet.
But don't expect the postage to be free. Greeting card makers are expected to add the cost of the stamp to the price of the card."
