Rehoboth man appointed to USPS Board of Governors - WGMD.COM: "Dennis J. Toner was welcomed to the U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors, meeting in open session, in Washington today. He was appointed a Governor of the U.S. Postal Service by President Barack Obama on September 17, 2010, for a term that expires December 8, 2012."
