USPS: AVAILABLE FOR DUTY TOOL DRIVES IMPROVEMENTS IN ATTENDANCE
USPS News Link - June 19, 2009: "The enterprise Resource Management System (eRMS) — a tool designed to help on-the-job attendance — has been improved to include an “Available for Duty” (AFD) measurement that helps manage unscheduled leave requests."
