Postal Service workers in Oshkosh fear their plant is one step closer to shutting down for good.

"We feel that it's more or less been a done deal since the beginning. They are not going to listen to anybody, but we are not going to give up," Dave Meier, president of American Postal Workers Union Local 0126, said.
