el cerrito california oic caught with willing female employee in the post office building, both on the clock. same oic seen in postal vehicle parked at the el cerrito community center, el cerrito california, parking lot with someone who's head was bobbing up and down at the waist of the oic. previously as a supervisor long ago, was out riding in postal vehicles with letter carriers router position and paying us overtime to do the routers work. numerious grievances and eeo complaints against this administrator, only transfered as he has many friends in the Bay Valley District USPS office. brags that if he goes many others (administrators) will go, too.
