The Virginia Gazette - News - Get to the Post Office early on Tax Day: "The Post Service announced Tuesday that late filers need to get to the Post Office early on April 15.

Although in the past the post office has stayed open late on April 15 to accomodate late filers, Fran Sansone of the Postal Service, said demand for that has waned.

'We see fewer returns,' she said. 'More people are filing online.'"
