Tyler Post Office sued after woman trips in parking lot -TYLER - The post office in Tyler is being sued after a woman trips over a wheel chock in the parking area and fractures her wrist.
Barbara Jones filed suit against U.S. Postal Services on May 10 in the Eastern District of Texas, Tyler Division.
According to the complaint, Jones, while working for Trinity Mother Frances Health Systems, pulled her van to the back dock of the post office in Tyler to unload mail baskets for her employer.
