Man charged with stalking postal worker

Anniston Star - Anniston man charged with stalking postal worker: "An Anniston man is in custody at the Calhoun County Jail after a local post office worker told deputies the man had been stalking her for months."

Chief Deputy Matthew Wade said Thomas Michael Miller, 50, was arrested last week on a felony stalking charge.

Wade said for the past couple months, Miller had sent flowers, disturbing letters and other gifts to the woman who delivers his mail each day.

According to Wade, one of those letters read, “What do you think your face would look like in a funeral home?”

After several of these encounters with Miller, the woman reported his behavior to her post office supervisor and the police, Wade said.
